I have completed the 'Shuddi - 21 days online program' with YOGAVRIDDHI under the guidance of Giridhar Ukkarath. Being in Australia participating in this program having time variation between the countries was quite challenging for both teacher and participants as it is past midnight for the program facilitator. I am glad that I participated in the 21 day Shuddhi program by Yoga Vrigghi. Yoga teacher was knowledgeable intructor and his class format was well structured.
